WE LOVED THEM!! SOME VERATIONS I USED: I USED TWO FRESH LIMES AND SQUEEZED THE JUICE INSTEAD OF PRE-PACKAGED LIME JUICE, ONE LIME WAS SQUEEZED IN THE POT WITH THE VEGTABLES AND THE OTHER WAS SQUEEZED INTO THE PINTO BEAN MIXTURE.
-i USED MORE CHEESE THEN CALLED FOR AS I TOPPED EACH LAYER WITH CHEESE
-MY PINTO BEANS AND CHILI POWDER WERE NOT SALT FREE
-FOR THE GREENS I USED 1/4 OF A BAG OF SPINAGH AND 1/4 OF A BAG OF BLUE CURLED KALE
-MY BELL PEPPER WAS FRESH NOT FROZEN.
-I USED FRESH CILANTRO AND CHOPPED IT UP IN MY NEW TOTALLY AWSOME FOOD PROCESSOR(SERIOUSLY PEOPLE YOU HAVEN'T LIVED TILL YOU GOT ONE!!)

THERE WAS LOTS OF EXTRA OF THE VEGTABLES IN THE POT SO I PUT THEM IN THE FOOD PROCCESOR WITH TABASCO SAUCE AND MADE A REALLY TASTY SALSA, WHICH I FROZE TO GIVE TO CRYSTAL SINCE I KNOW SHE'S QUEEN OF THE SALSA'S!!
